SOME GREAT INFO

Divine Health by Kimmie Hi! Did you ever notice how elderly people sometimes stop eating?...I have puzzled over this for years...here is the answer for some or many of them...the lack of zinc in their diet causes their sense of taste to deteriorate thus a lack of eating which causes a downhillslide...I have witnessed that with my daughter just lately when she was in the hospital for an anxiety disorder...she said her taste was very affected...with anxiety often is a zinc deficiency...ALSO anything that is white is not right...sugar, flour, rice...I have known this but we need to really remember this it is a VERY BIG START in GOOD HEALTH...the whiteness means it is processed (chemicals again!!!) ALSO any PROCESSED FOOD is not good for you...it contains a lot of salt and DID YOU KNOW that a rise in salt makes your sugar level go up??? I just learned this maybe a year ago...Thanks for reading! Quick Oatmeal Waffles!!! Great anytime, esp breakfast

Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats, 1 medium banana, 4 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups of water...Blend...for best results let set for 10 minutes or (if easier overnight in refrig) Prepare in waffle iron...Yield about 6 waffles...Note: Very, very nutritious, esp for people who are allergic to wheat the reason being: wheat is hard for the body to digest possibly causing swelling to the brain... also using the rolled oats helps tp rid the body of cholesterol, the instant oatmeal is not recommended. About me a nurse with a vision of the way it is supposed to be

I am a nurse, wanted to be one since I was 7 years old. My dad that raised me was a chemical engineer. Having the chemical background in my family (actually having a lab in our backyard!!!).

My background in nursing in 1975 was pretty much all about chemicals too. And I gave plenty of them out, of course, ... knowing no better ... but wondering? I now know better. If given the proper nutrition, etc ... the body can heal itself and as always an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The past 16 years or so I've been very involved alternative health, having worked for 2 very excellent chiropractors. I now believe that the chemicals are to be used only as a temporary bridge to get the person well enough for them to get back to a healthier lifestyle ... not ever intended for long term use a quick fix so to speak.

In the late 1990's I worked for Dr. Martin Gallagher, a chiropractor who later became a medical doctor. When he was in high school he was given injections of steroids in his knees for sports injuries. When he found out that steroids literally eat the bone he decided to become a chiropractor and try to help people the best way he could.

I worked in his chelation i.v. therapy department which took out heavy metals, also helped people from cancer treatments and many other things. This is very time consuming and somewhat invasive and painful not to mention expensive but it DID work. I have just recently discovered a way to chelate using drops under the tongue. I have learned a lot in my journey as a nurse.

I am always trying to find something that really helps people, is affordable and fast. I have learned that:

  • The chemicals can be harsh any way and should be used in small calibrated doses if used.

  • Higher doses and extended periods of use can be devastating to the body and even cause death.

I have seen these effects in my own family. My dad died from a cancer drug for prostate cancer in 1982.

You can look on the news and see what's happening to our people young and old alike! I absolutely believe in what I am trying to do ... be the best nurse I can be and teach people how to really be WELL not just mask the SYMPTOMS or DELAY onset.
